Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 23, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Entity Authority Platform (“Service”), a proprietary software product engineered and operated by CommonJoe Corporation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we handle your personal data when you visit our website and utilize our headless SEO and software services.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect data to provide, improve, and secure our Services.

  • Identity Data: Email address, name, and account credentials.
  • Financial Data: We use third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, API endpoints, and features.

3. Google User Data (Limited Use, Retention & Deletion)

Our Service integrates directly with Google APIs (Google Search Console, Google Business Profile) to provide enterprise analytics and graph management features. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • What we access: We access your Google Search Console performance data (clicks, impressions, position) and Google Business Profile location data solely to visualize and manage it within your secure dashboard.
  • How we use it: This data is used exclusively to generate performance reports, analyze entity metrics, and execute specific API actions you initiate (e.g., submitting JSON-LD payloads or scheduling GBP posts).
  • Data Sharing: We do not transfer, sell, or share your Google User Data to third parties, AI models, or advertising platforms under any circumstances.
  • Data Retention: We retain your Google OAuth tokens and cached Google User Data only for as long as your workspace account is active and the Google connection remains authorized by you. If your account is terminated, your Google User Data is immediately marked for deletion.
  • Data Deletion & Revocation: You have the absolute right to delete your Google User Data from our systems at any time. You may disconnect your Google account directly within the Service dashboard, or revoke access to the Entity Authority Platform via your Google Account Security settings. Alternatively, you may email [email protected] to request an immediate, complete wipe of your data. Upon revocation or deletion request, all corresponding OAuth tokens and cached Google User Data are permanently purged from our active databases.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To provision your workspace and provide technical support.
  • To process your recurring subscription and licensing payments.
  • To deploy technical notices, edge server updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • To send you strategic marketing communications (you may opt-out at any time).

5. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. Your Google OAuth tokens are strictly encrypted at rest within our database architecture.

6. Integration with Other Company Services

Our Service is designed to integrate seamlessly with other products operated by CommonJoe Corporation, specifically the “Schema Pillar Pro” plugin architecture.

  • License Synchronization: We may share license key status and activation data between the Entity Authority Platform and Schema Pillar Pro to verify your subscription and unlock enterprise features across both environments.
  • Unified Data: Because both services are wholly owned and operated by CommonJoe Corporation, data shared between them is protected by the exact same stringent security standards outlined in this policy. We do not treat these internal integrations as third-party data transfers.
  • External Links: The Service may contain links to authorized third-party infrastructure (e.g., Google, Stripe). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external entities.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect architectural or legal changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

8. Contact Us
