14-Day Architecture Guarantee
At CommonJoe, we build enterprise-grade edge infrastructure. We want you to be completely confident in the Entity Authority Platform (EAP). If you license the EAP Engine and find that our architecture does not align with your technical requirements, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply log into your Client Portal and request a cancellation, or email our engineering support team directly at [email protected]. We process all requests within 24-48 business hours.
What Happens to Your Data?
Upon processing your refund, your EAP Workspace will be instantly deactivated. Any custom GeoShape payloads, JSON-LD edge routes, and schema entities deployed via our servers will be unhooked from your domain. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary data before requesting a full teardown.
Exclusions
This 14-day refund policy applies strictly to our month-to-month EAP Engine software licenses. It does not apply to custom “Local Authority” or “Market Takeover” retainers once our architects have begun manual provisioning, Graph Audits, or City-Hub deployments, as these require intensive manual engineering hours.
