Return & Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2025

Thank you for purchasing our digital manuals. We are committed to providing high-quality, actionable content to help you grow your business. Please read our policy on refunds and returns carefully.

General Policy for Digital Products

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once an order is completed and the product has been delivered.

Conditions for Non-Refundable Purchases

A refund will not be granted for any digital product once either of the following has occurred:

  • The downloadable file (e.g., PDF version) has been downloaded.
  • The online version of the manual in the /courses/ hub has been accessed.

This policy is in place because once the digital product is accessed, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

License and Usage

Each purchase of a CommonJoe manual grants a single, non-transferable license for personal use by one individual. The license prohibits the sharing, reselling, or distribution of the manual's content in any form.

Exceptions & Order Corrections

We understand that accidents can happen. We are committed to being reasonable and will review refund requests for the following situations on a case-by-case basis:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same manual more than once.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the product due to a verifiable technical problem on our end that we cannot resolve in a timely manner.

To be eligible for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

How to Request a Review

To have your order reviewed for a potential refund, please contact us at [email protected]  with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to refuse a refund if the request is not made in good faith or does not meet the criteria outlined above.
